摘 要:间歇输送作为原油管道低输量运行的应对措施之一,其热力水力特性较复杂。建立了热油管道间歇输送的流动与传热物理数学模型,并进行数值求解。基于数值模拟结果分析了管道的热力水力特性,结果表明:管道进站油温和站间摩阻均呈现周期性变化规律。输停比和周期运行时间是影响间歇输送管道热力特性的重要参数,输停比相同时,周期运行时间越长,温度波动幅度越大;输送时间相同时,输停比越大,温度波动幅度越小,输送阶段进站油温可恢复的最高温度越高。实际算例表明:在输停比相同、输送时间2~6d的间歇输送方案下,各站最低进站油温的差值在1℃以内。The intermittent transportation process is one of the methods to deal with the low-throughput issue for the oil transportation pipeline with complicated thermodynamic and hydraulics characteristics. Physical and mathematic models special for the intermittent transportation process for waxy oil pipeline are built and numerical simulation is carried out. The thermal and hydraulic characteristic of the pipeline is analyzed based on the simulation results. The analysis results show that inlet temperature and hydraulic drag loss between the stations both change periodically. The ratio of shutdown and running time are key factors influencing the thermal characteristics of pipeline. When the ratio of running time to shutdown time is the same,the longer the cycle running time is,the wider the fluctuation range of temperature is;when transportation time is the same,the higher the ratio of running time to shutdown time is,the narrower the fluctuation range of temperature is,and the higher the maximum restorable temperature for inlet temperature is at transportation stage. A calculation case shows that the inlet temperature difference for every pump station is no more than 1℃ in the condition of the intermittent transportation program with the same ratio of running time to shutdown time at a 2-to-6-day transportation time.
