农村信息化发展“最后一公里”问题浅议

摘　　要：对农村信息化本质的不同认识是导致"最后一公里"问题的理论根源。文章分析了农村信息化"最后一公里"问题产生的主要原因,并从加大农村信息资源建设与整合力度、探索适合国情的农业信息化建设的商业化运作模式、逐步完善农村信息服务体系等方面提出了解决农村信息化"最后一公里"问题的对策。Different perceptions of the nature of rural information caused the ＂last kilometer＂ issue.Main causes of ＂last kilometer＂ issue in rural information were analyzed in the paper.Countermeasures for solving this problem were suggested,i.e.,enlarging the construction and integration of rural information resources,exploring commercial operation mechanism of agricultural information which adapted to China′s conditions,and gradually improving the rural information service system.
