摘　　要：作为全国海洋经济发展试点省,浙江已经形成了较完备的海洋产业体系。浙江海洋产业发展的基础条件扎实,表现为资源优势、海岛优势、区位优势、体制优势,还有明显的产业优势。目前浙江海洋产业发展机遇与挑战并存,机遇大于挑战。在新的发展阶段,应积极探索推进浙江海洋产业发展的对策措施,深入研究海洋产业发展战略将助推浙江海洋经济跃上新台阶。As a national marine economic development pilot provinces,Zhejiang has become a more comprehensive system of marine industries.The basic conditions of marine industry development is substantial,and it displays not only the resources advantage,the island advantage,the position advantage,the institutional advantage,but also the obvious industrial advantage.At present,opportunities and challenges are coexisting in the development of marine industry in Zhejiang,but the opportunities outweigh the challenges.In the new stage of development,promoting the development of countermeasures for marine industry should be actively explored.To intensive study the strategy of marine industries development will boost marine economy in Zhejiang to a higher level.
