摘　　要：针对防空作战指挥决策往往面对多目的(指标)决策,提出基于离差的多属性决策的灰色关联分析方法,并应用实例验证了该模型的有效性与实用性,此方法为解决评估防空兵作战方案提供了一种科学、实用的新途径。Considering the multiple targets （index） decision in air defense command decision, this paper offers a method of muhiattribute decision-making grey relational analysis based on deviations, and establishes the evaluation making model of muhiattribute decision-making grey relational analy- sis. Finally,its validity and its practicability are examined with examples. The method offers a new scientific and practical approach for the optimum selection of operations.
