专业市场扩张、特色产业集聚与区域分工深化——两大“专业市场辐射圈”的比较和启示

摘　　要：专业市场是我国改革开放之后的重大区域制度创新之一,"南有义乌、北有临沂"彰显出这一创新的两个典型。作为周边区域共享的商品和要素交流平台,专业市场推动了地区间一体化和产业布局的变动。本文在一个简单分析框架基础上,实证分析了义乌、临沂两大专业市场辐射地区的专业化和产业集中率的变化情况。研究发现,随着专业市场的扩张,义乌、临沂等各自相关市(县)间的专业化水平和产业布局已发生较大改变,但由于两大市场完善程度的不同,各自辐射区域也处在不同的分工水平上。相比较而言,义乌市场辐射圈已开始"产业扩散和地区间更深层次的分工"阶段;而临沂市场辐射圈相对处于"产业集聚和地区专业化的形成"阶段。同时,本文也可理解为新经济地理假说在较小空间范围内适用与否的经验证据。Professional market is one of the major regional system of innovation after China＇s reform and opening up, ＂south Yiwu,north Linyi＂ underlines two typical of this innovation.As the shared communication platform of goods and factors in surrounding areas,the professional market has promoted regional integration and industrial layout changes.This paper presents a simple analytical framework,and analysis the professional market radiation circle changes of Yiwu and Linyi.The results showed that with the expansion of the professional market,in Yiwu and Linyi professional market radiation circle,professional level and the industrial distribution major changes have taken place,but due to the different levels of the two markets improvement,their respective areas are at a different division level.In comparison,the Yiwu market has started to radiation circle ＂ industry-proliferation and deeper inter-regional division of labor＂ stage;and Linyi market in ＂ industrial concentration and regional specialization of the form＂ stage.At the same time,this paper can also be interpreted as a empirical evidence that new economic geography hypothesis is applicable in a smaller space.
