摘  要:目的了解部队军人心理健康教育的认知情况。方法采用匿名调查法,对某部844名军人进行心理健康教育认知情况的问卷调查。结果多数人对心理健康、心理战和心理咨询方面的知识不熟悉;在心理学诸方面中,72.9%的军人最想了解心理健康知识;在接受心理健康教育的态度方面,31.4%选择了"非常有必要",56.4%选择了"有必要";在接受心理健康教育的动机方面,42.4%选择"自身心理需要",37.4%认为是出于"提高生活质量";接受心理健康教育的途径呈多元化趋势,但被调查者更偏爱心理健康讲座。面临心理困扰时,近一半的军人选择不会寻找军营或地方的心理咨询师帮助。结论部队军人对心理健康知识有很大的需求,且愿意接受心理健康教育。如何使部队官兵对心理健康的态度实现知行一致,是一个需要进一步研究的课题。Objective To understand the recognition of mental health education in a PLA brigade.Methods The recognition of mental health education in 844 officers and soldiers from a brigade were selected to be surveyed by anonymous methods.Results Most of the subjects were not familiar with knowledge of mental health,psychological warfare and psychological consultation;72.9% chose to learn knowledge of mental health as very inportant;the proportion of the subjects who thought mental health education as "most necessary" or "necessary" were 31.4% and 56.4% respectively;for motivation of receiving mental health education,42.4% chose "self psychological health",and 37.4% regarded it as "enhancement of life quality";The approaches of mental health education were multiple,but mental health lectures as a approach to learn knowledge of mental health were preferred when compared to other ways;when faced with mental difficulties,nearly half of the subjects were unwilling to seek help from psychological consultant either from the military or from eivilian sector.Conclusion There is a great demand of knowledge of mental health and a great willingness to learn knowledge of mental health in the brigade.Further research of mental health is required to coordinate the recognition and acts of learning of the knowledge.
