双台河口国家级自然保护区湿地底栖动物BI指数评价

摘　　要：对双台河口国家级自然保护区湿地9个采样点27个样本的底栖动物调查分析,采用BI指数进行水质评价。保护区湿地核心区检出底栖动物35种,水质评价为清洁至轻污染;缓冲区、试验区各检出底栖动物18种,水质评价为中污染至重污染。9 samples,27 samples of zoobenthos of Shuangtai Estuarine Wetland of National Nature Reserve were investigated and analyzed,water quality was assessmented by BI index.35 species of zoobenthos was detected in core area of protected area of wetland,and water quality assessment was the clean or light pollution.18 species of zoobenthos was detected both in buffer zone and experimental area,and water quality assessment was moderate or serious pollution.
