摘　　要：Sponsored by China Meteorological Administration （CMA）, co-sponsored by SAFEA （State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs）, NSFC （Natural Science Foundation of China）, START （global change SysTem for Analysis, Research and Training）, WMO Regional Training Center Nanjing and CMA Training Center, hosted by Beijing Climate Center （BCC）, the Eighth International Seminar on Climate System and Climate Change （ISCS） will be held from 18 to 29 July 201i in Beijing, China. Several international climatol- ogists and experts on related fields will be invited as teachers and lecturers.
