摘　　要：基于影响单位GDP能耗的各项指标,通过层次分析的思路构建了节能目标地区分解综合评价体系,采用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,在体系和权重的基础上建立了相应的节能目标地区分解模型。以四川省"十一五"期间的基础资料为依据,运用该模型对四川省"十二五"节能目标进行了分解计算,计算结果符合四川省各地市(州)的发展现状。Based on the index for influence of unit GDP energy consumption, analytic hierarchy process is applied to establish integration assessment system of energy saving target regional decomposition. Then each weight index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process method. The decomposition model of energy saving target is presented on the basis of the system and weight. According to the data in the llth five-year planning period of Sichuan Province, it is used to calculate the energy saving target in the 12th five-year planning period. The calculation result accords with the city development situation in Sichuan Province.
