摘　　要：执政后的中国共产党始终面临"提高党的执政能力和领导水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力"两大历史性课题。党的先进性建设是解决两大历史性课题的根本,党的执政能力建设是解决两大历史性课题最紧迫的任务和现实要求。我们要大力加强党的先进性建设和执政能力建设,科学解决两大历史性课题。The Chinese communist party always faces the two major historic subjects of enhancing the abilities of administration and art of leadership and resisting corruption, guarding against degeneration and warding off risks after holding the power. The party＇s advancement construction is the base to solve the two major historic subjects. And the party＇s governing capability construction is the most urgent task and realistic requirement. In order to solve the two major historic subjects, We must strengthen the two constructions.
