摘　　要：从中国共产党执政的精神状态、执政的第一要务、执政的途径与方式、执政的根本保证、执政权力的监督等几个方面对毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民执政思想进行比较,既可从中揭示出各自的鲜明特色,又可看到毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民执政思想的一脉相承之处,这主要表现在有统一的哲学基础、统一的政治立场、统一的基本原理、统一的方向目标和统一的检验标准。The article analyses several aspects, such as the mental condition of the CCP, ruling essence, ruling methods and measures, The fundamental guarantee of ruling, supervision to the ruling power, to compare the thought on construction of party in power between Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zeming, in order to reveal their respective characteristics. Their thought comes down in one continuous line, mainly in： unified philosophical foundation, unified political stance, unified basic principle, unified direction and goals and unified inspection standard.
