摘　　要：为满足深井、超深井安全快速钻井的需要,塔里木油田研制了φ127mm塔标钻杆。该钻杆设计的是新型加厚过渡区结构,改善了应力分布,降低了应力集中系数,提高了钻杆防刺漏性能;加大了接头内径,降低了钻柱内压力损耗;提高了接头材料屈服强度和螺纹基面节径,增加了接头连接强度。该钻杆具有低循环压耗、高疲劳寿命的特点,对提高钻速、预防失效、提高水力破岩能力、延长钻头寿命有显著的作用,满足了塔里木油田超深复杂井强化钻井的需要。Tarim Oilfield develops φ127mm Tarim standard drill pipe to meet the needs of fast and safe drilling of deep wells and ultra-deep wells. A new upset transition zone of this type of drill pipe is designed. It could weaken stress concentration, improve stress distribution in this zone and reduce probability of the drill pipe's washout. The internal diameter of tool joint is increased to reduce pressure losses within the drill string. The yield strength and thread pitch diameter of the joint are improved to increase the joint strength. This drill pipe has lower pressure losses and high fatigue life. It could improve the penetration rate and the hydraulic rock breaking, extend bit life and prevent failure. This type of drill pipe could meet the need of drilling complex ultra-deep wells in the Tarim Oilfield.
