摘　　要：民国时期对芍陂的治理是芍陂水利史上的一个重要发展阶段。这一时期现代水利技术逐渐被运用到芍陂工程中,芍陂治理呈现科学化、系统化趋向,其管理频度也明显超越前代,民间和官方均为此做出了贡献。治理芍陂成为民国时期整个淮河流域水利建设的重要组成部分,为后世复兴芍陂水利奠定了基础。The harnessing of Quebei Lake during the Republican Period is a very important stage in the history of the great water conservancy.Compared with the previous societies,modern hydrotechnics was applied to the water conservancy in this period.There was a tendency of scientization and systematization in the harnessing of Quebei Lake.More frequently was Quebei Lake harnessed than ever before.It was a great part of the whole construction of hydroprojects along Huaihe River to harness Quebei Lake.The masses and the authority all contributed a lot to harnessing Quebei Lake,which laid a firm foundation for later generations＇ reconstructing the lake.
