摘　　要：在对中部六省科技基本情况对比分析的基础上,利用主成分分析法对中部六省的科技能力进行评价和全面深入的分析,旨在为加快科技进步和实现中部的崛起提供决策参考。On the basis of comparative analysis on fundamental science and technology situation of six central provinces in China,principal component analysis method is applied to evaluate scientific and technological capability of the six central provinces and make a full-scale deep analysis,which aims to speed up the development of science and technology and supply policy-related suggestions on the realization of ＂middle rises＂.
