摘　　要：钢材物流中心的信息化是物流中心建设的重要组成部分,信息系统必须从钢材市场的特点出发,满足钢材交易的各方需求,方便物流配送。因此,对钢材物流中心信息系统进行了信息交易、物流跟踪、客户关系管理等功能设计,并提出了针对钢材交易信息系统设计中应该特别关注的事项。The informationization of the steel logistics center is an important part of the building of logistics center;information system must proceed from the characteristics of steel market,meet the needs of all parties to facilitate logistics and distribution.Therefore,we carry out function designs of information trading,logistics tracking and customer relationship management on the information system of steel logistics center,and propose items needing particular concern in the design of steel trading information system.
