医疗制度改革形势下中医医院的发展分析

摘　　要：笔者首先回顾了中医医院的发展历程。随后指出中医医院利用与产出效益较好，医疗费用低。但病床利用率低下，业务工作量下降，与此同时，中医医院还面临医疗保障制度改革、资产与西医院比的差距大、医疗体间竞争激烈、中医院内涵建设未跟上时代等的挑战。为此，中医医院发展的策略是加强医疗市场的宏观调控和微观运行的改善方可适应新的形势，求得发展。The writer first reviews the course of development of TCM hospitals and then points out that while utilization and output benefits are good and medical costs are low in TCM hospitals, there is also a low utilization ratio of hospital beds and a decrease of service volume. At the same time, TCM hospitals are confronted with such challenges as reform of the medical security system, lack of assets as compared with hospitals of western medicine, fierce competition among medical entities, and failure of TCM hospitals to keep abreast of the times in their inner construction. To fit in with the new circumstances and seek further development, TCM hospitals should therefore adopt such development strategies as the strengthening of the macro control of the medical market and the improvement of micro operation.
