摘　　要：冷战结束以来,和平与发展的时代主题虽然已经成为人们的一种普遍共识,但人类社会却存在很多不安宁的因素。在世界范围之内,和平与发展正面临着诸多难题和挑战。充分认识和了解当代世界和平与发展时代背景下的不和平因素问题,对于我们深入把握未来世界的发展态势,不断增强我国人民居安思危的忧患意识,从而对调动广大人民群众建设中国特色社会主义事业的积极性、主动性和自觉性无疑具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。Since the Cold War ended,although the theme of peace and development has became universal mutual recognition,human society are instability.Within the world,peace and development are confronting with a lot of problems and challenges.Therefore,fully recognizing and understanding the world peace in the contemporary era and the unpeaceful factors in the background of development is of great significance in theory and practice value,for the profound confidence for the trends of the development of the future world,for growing Chinese people＇s awareness of more mindful of potential perils,for promoting the broad masses of people enthusiasm and initiative,as well as consciousness.
