摘　　要：由于国家独立问题所涉国际法解释的不确定性,国际社会在运用国际法解读科索沃独立时各取所需,立场迥异;国际法"挡"不住科索沃的独立,但科索沃能否成为正式的国家,还取决于大国的最后博弈。Owing to the flexible explanations of the international law concerning a nation＇s independence,the major countries have different stands towards the Kosovo＇s unilateral declarations of independence.The international law cannot stop Kosovo from being a real independent country In fact,it depends on the game played by major countries in accordance with their own interests.
