摘　　要：铁矿对国民经济和社会发展的影响重大。近几年来我队在沉积变质型铁矿勘查中,从验证地磁异常入手,结合查明地质成矿构造,扩大了矿藏储量,取得了可喜成果。本文概述了蚌埠地区区域成矿地质背景、区域地球物理特征的基础上,阐述了安徽省蚌埠市城隍庙沉积变质铁矿地质特征以及找矿标志。Iron ore is significant to national economy and social development.In recent years,during exploration of sedimentary metamorphic iron ore deposits,we made satisfying achievements in increasing ore reserve by starting with test of geomagnetic anomaly combined with identification of geological and metallogenic structures.This paper outlined regional ore-forming geological setting and geophysical features of the Bengbu area,described geological features and ore indicators of the Chenghuangmiao iron ore deposit,Bengbu City,Anhui Province.
