摘 要:目的:通过对乳腺病变影像学特征的显示率比较,评价医用专业显示器的应用价值。方法:按序抽取接受数字化乳腺摄影的500名患者影像资料,分别传入我院PACS中配置医用专业显示器的工作站和另一配置普通显示器的工作站。分别就显示器的性能参数及乳腺病变影像学特征的显示率进行对比评价。结果:医用专业显示器在亮度、分辨率、灰阶、像素上都优于普通显示器,在乳腺病变征象显示率方面,医用专业显示器显示肿块(24.2%)、微小钙化(56.8%)和不对称致密影(21.8%)均优于普通显示器(分别为18.6%,P=0.037;11.2%,P=0.000;14%,P=0.000)。结论:医用专业显示器具有高分辨率、高清晰度、均匀亮度及细致灰阶,对乳腺肿块、微小钙化、不对称致密影的显示均优于普通显示器,有利于软阅读模式下的乳腺影像诊断。Purpose: Through comparing the detective rate of imaging features for breast diseases, to evaluate the application value of medical professional monitors. Methods: Five hundred cases of digital mammography data were respectively imported to the workstations with medical professional monitor or ordinary monitor workstation from our PACS. Performance parameters of monitors and detective rate of radiological features for breast lesions were compared respectively. Results: (1) Medical professional monitor was better than the ordinary monitor in brightness, resolution, gray and pixel size. (2) The de- tective rates of mass, microcalcification and asymmetric density on medical professional monitor and or- dinary monitor for breast lesions were 24.2% vs 18.6%, 56.8% vs 14% and 21.8% vs 11.2%, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two monitors(P = 0. 037, P = 0. 000 and P = 0. 000, respectively). Conclusion: On account of high resolution, high definition, uniform brightness and meticulous gray - scale, medical professional monitor is better than the ordinary color monitor on displaying for the breast mass, micro calcification, and asymmetric density, and is helpful for breast imaging diagnosis in soft reading mode. And we must emphasize that the workstations used in the clinical cannot utilize for an initial diagnosis with the ordinary monitor.
