摘 要:利用NCEP再分析资料和上海台风研究所整编的热带气旋资料,研究了在太平洋年代际振荡(PDO)冷暖位相中西北太平洋热带气旋频数与太平洋海表温度(SST)年际相关的分布差异,以及500 hPa高度场对热带气旋频数和生成源地的影响。结果表明,在PDO冷位相时期,热带气旋频数与赤道东太平洋SST存在显著相关,副热带高压位置偏东偏北,强度偏弱,热带气旋偏多,生成源地偏东(135°E以东)。在PDO暖位相时期,热带气旋频数与澳大利亚东侧海域和西太平洋暖池SST存在显著相关,副热带高压位置偏西偏南,强度偏强,热带气旋偏少,生成源地偏西(135°E以西)。因此,PDO对西北太平洋热带气旋活动与大尺度环流年际相关的年代际变化有重要影响。The distributions of the interannual teleconnections between the frequency of tropical cyclone over the western north Pacific and Pacific sea surface temperature(SST) are analyzed from cold phase to warm phase of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO) by using the NCEP reanalysis data and Shanghai Typhoon Institute data.The influence of 500 hPa height field is also analyzed.The change is characterized by the following: in cold PDO phase,the frequency of tropical cyclone and equatorial eastern Pacific SST is significantly correlated;subtropical high deflects eastward and northward;the intensity of subtropical high is weak;there are more tropical cyclones,and the genesis region deflects eastward(east of 135 °E).In warm PDO phase,the frequency of the tropical cyclone,eastern Australia SST and Western Pacific Warm Pool SST are significantly correlated;subtropical high deflects westward and southward;the intensity of subtropical high is strong;there are less tropical cyclones,and the genesis region deflects westward(west of 135 °E).Therefore the interdecadal variations of the relationships between tropical cyclone over the western north Pacific and large scale circulation are closely related to PDO.
