摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜监视下逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端A型骨折的临床疗效。方法对20例股骨远端A型骨折患者行关节镜监视下逆行交锁髓内钉固定术。结果 20例均获得随访,时间6～25（10±2.5）个月。无关节感染,骨折均愈合良好。按Kolm ent评分标准：优16例,良3例,可1例。结论关节镜监视下逆行交锁髓内钉手术具有创伤小、操作简单、定位准确、固定牢靠、能及时处理膝关节并发症等优点,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails under arthroscopy on type A distal femoral fractures.Methods 20 patients with type A distal femoral fractures were treated by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail under arthroscope.Results All cases were followed up for 6-25（10±2.5）months,and all fractures were healed.All the patients obtained satisfactory results after operation without joint infection.According to the Kolmert criteria,the results were excellent in 16 cases,good in 3,and fair in 1.Conclusions The use of arthroscopic retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails not only presents advantages of simple performance the solid fixation,but also make diagnosis and treatment of the complications of knee in time.Therefore it has become an effective therapy for type A distal femoral fractures.
