鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鹿瓜多肽注射液在类风湿性关节炎患者中的临床应用效果及安全性。方法将41例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为鹿瓜多肽组(21例)和对照组(20例),治疗后观察5周。鹿瓜多肽组静脉滴注,2周为1疗程,间隔1周后继续应用1疗程;对照组应用非甾体类抗炎药。结果鹿瓜多肽组治疗后2、5周的血沉、血清类风湿因子、C反应蛋白水平均有明显好转(P<0.05),服药5周后,两组患者的关节痛例数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、晨僵和握力等各项指标均有改善(P<0.05),鹿瓜多肽组副作用发生率明显低于对照组。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿性关节炎有一定临床效果,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lugua Polypeptide injection on the patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods the 41 cases of patients with RA were randomly divided into Lugua Polypeptide injection group（21 cases） and control group（20 cases）.All cases were observed for five weeks.Lugua Polypeptide injection group were injected every day,with 2 weeks for one course of treatment,and interval of 1 week after application of one course of treatment.Control group were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.Results In Lugua Polypeptide injection group,the ESR,RF,CRP levels got improvement in 2,5 weeks（P0.05）.After 5 weeks,both of the two groups got improvement in joint pain,joint tenderness index,joint swelling index,morning stiffness and grip strength（P0.05）,while the incidence of side effects of Lugua Polypeptide injection group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusions Treatment of RA is effective and safety with Lugua Polypeptide injection.
