鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿关节炎疗效和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的评价鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法基础治疗对照35例和基础治疗加鹿瓜多肽注射液静脉滴注70例治疗类风湿关节炎,记录分析关节疼痛、平均握力、晨僵时间、疾病活动DAS28评分、不良反应、严重不良事件、安全性指标、观察期DMARD s药物改变情况等,进行依从性评价。结果鹿瓜多肽组与治疗前比较,关节疼痛、平均握力、晨僵时间改善明显(P<0.05);鹿瓜多肽组与对照组比较,关节疼痛改善明显(P<0.05)。结论鹿瓜多肽注射液有消炎止痛作用,能够改善关节疼痛和晨僵症状、改善关节功能状态,副作用少,患者依从性好,可应用于类风湿关节炎的治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinic effect and safety of Lugua Polypeptide injection in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The control group（35 cases）were undergone basic treatment,the treating group（70 cases） were undergone basic treatment and Lugua Polypeptide injection through intravenously adiministration.Joints pain,average grass force,morning stiffness time,Disease activity score 28,side effects,serious side effects,safety index,the using change of DMARDs during observation were all recorded and analyzed,and compliance was evaluated.Results Significant differences in joints pain,average grass force,morning stiffness time were found between pretherapy,and after Lugua Polypeptide injection treatment;and significant differences in joints pain was found between the control group and Lugua Polypeptide injection group.Conclusions Lugua Polypeptide injection has the function of eliminating inflammation and relieving pain,which can improve the symptoms of joint pain,morning stiffness and joint function.This drug has good compliance and little side effects,and can be used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
