抑制素α在雄性大鼠不同组织的表达分析

摘　　要：目的：了解抑制素α（inhibin α）在雄性大鼠各种组织中的定位及表达情况。方法：成年SD雄性大鼠，水合氯醛麻醉后取睾丸、附睾、肾、。肾上腺及肝组织，采用免疫组织化学、免疫印迹法和荧光定量PCR方法检测抑制素α在大鼠各组织中的定位及mRNA的表达水平。结果：抑制素α在大鼠睾丸、附睾、肾、肾上腺组织中有表达，在肝组织中未见表达。其mR—NA水平在各组织中的表达量依次为肾〉肾上腺〉睾丸〉附睾〉肝。结论：在雄性大鼠几种不同的组织比较显示抑制素α蛋白表达量与mRNA表达水平不一致。Objective： To examine the protein and mRNA expression of inhibin α in various tissues of male rats. Methods： Immunohistochemistry and fluorescence quantitative PCR were performed to detect the protein and mRNA expression of in hibin α in the testis, epididymis, kidney, adrenal gland and liver of adult SD rats. Results： Inhibin α protein was expressed in the testis, epididymis, kidney, adrenal gland and pituitary gland but not in the liver. The mRNA of inhibin α was expressed as followed： kidney〉adrenal gland〉 testis〉epididymis. Conclusion： These findings suggest that inhihin α is not only ex- pressed in reproductive system but also in other tissues.
