摘　　要：目的:探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-18、γ-干扰素的水平及临床意义。方法:应用ELISA法测定40例ITP患儿和20例正常儿童血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-18、INF-γ含量。结果:ITP组患儿血清IL-2、IL-10、IL-18、INF-γ均高于正常儿童组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:IL-2、IL-10、IL-18、INF-γ与儿童ITP的发病密切相关。Objective： To study the changes of interleukin-2（IL-2）,IL-10,IL-18 ,and INF-γ in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）.Methods： The level of IL-2,IL-10,IL-18,and INF-γ in the serum of 40 ITP patients and 20 normal control children were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results： The IL-2,IL-10,IL-18,and INF-γ were higher in ITP children patients than that in normal group.There were significant difference between ITP group and normal group （P0.01）. Conclusion： IL-2,IL-10,IL-18,and INF-γ may be take part in the etiology of ITP.
