摘　　要：目的:探讨继发性糖尿病的诊断及治疗方法。方法:分析60例继发性糖尿病患者的临床特点及诊治经过。结果:60例继发性糖尿病患者多为原发病症状不典型的,仅以血糖升高为主要表现的难治性糖尿病,治疗原发病以后,血糖恢复良好。结论:提高对继发性糖尿病的认识,及时诊断治疗对继发性糖尿病具有重要临床意义。Objective： To investigate diagnosis and treatment of secondary diabetes mellitus.Methods： Clinical characteristics and treatment of 60 cases secondary diabetes mellitus were analyzed retrospectively.Results： 60 cases second diabetes mellitus belonged to refractory,which primary symptoms were abtypical only with high blood sugar.The blood glucose recoveried after treatment of primary disease.Conclusion： It was immportant to improve the understanding to secondary diabetes mellitus,immediate diagnosis and treatment.
