摘　　要：目的:探讨对良性前列腺增生症患者围手术期心理护理方法。方法:针对良性前列腺增生症患者的心理特点,对我院2011年1月至3月住院经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化电切术的50例患者进行围手术期阶段性的心理护理。结果:患者能够维持最佳身心状态,顺利度过手术,术后效果良好。结论:做好老年患者围手术期心理护理可以有效地改善患者的不良情绪,也丰富了患者疗效的评介内涵。Objective： To introduce the psychological nursing experience in perioperative of elderly patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.Methods： According the psychological characteristics of elderly patients with benign prostate hyperplasia,the nursing measures were acted to 50 cases who were cured by bipolar vaporization cut to the prostate urethra plasma from January to March in 2011.Results： The patients spent operation with good status.The effect of operation was well.Conclusion： Better nursing in perioperative could improve the effect of operation for elderly patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.
