摘 要:目的探讨贵州苗族人群β2肾上腺素受体(β2-AR)基因l6、27位点多态性与支气管哮喘的相关性。方法采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应方法,对31例支气管哮喘者、37名健康对照者进行β2-AR基因多态性分析。结果β2-AR基因16位点多态性分布频率在支气管哮喘组为:精氨酸/精氨酸占16.1%、精氨酸/甘氨酸占61.3%,甘氨酸/甘氨酸占22.6%;对照组为精氨酸/精氨酸占13.5%、精氨酸/甘氨酸占70.3%、甘氨酸/甘氨酸占16.2%。27位点多态性分布频率在支气管哮喘组为:谷氨酰胺/谷氨酰胺占32.3%、谷氨酰胺/谷氨酸占54.8%、谷氨酸/谷氨酸占12.9%;对照组中谷氨酰胺/谷氨酰胺占37.8%、谷氨酰胺/谷氨酸占51.4%、谷氨酸/谷氨酸占10.8%,两组在β2-AR基因16、27两位点多态性分布频率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论贵州苗族支气管哮喘与β2-AR基因16、27位点多态性无关联。Objective To analyze the relationship between β2 -drenergic receptor( β2 -AR) genetic polymorphism and asthma in the people of the Miao nationality of Guizhou. Methods Allele Specific - PCR techniqu was used to determine 16,27 loci of β2 - AR ge-netic polymorphisms in 31 unrelated patients with asthma,and 37 healthy controls. Results The frequency of genotype 132 - AR 16 loci: Arg/Arg genotype accounted for 16.1% ,Arg/Gly 61.3%0 and Gly/Gly 22.6% in asthma group;Arg/Arg for 13.5% ,Arg/Gly 70.3% and Gly/Gly 16.2% in control group. The frequency of genotype 132 -AR 27 loci: Gln/Gln genotype accounted for 32. 3%, Gln/Glu 54.8% and Glu/Glu 12.9% in asthma group;Gin/Gin 37.8% ,Gln/Glu 51.4% and Glu/Glu 10.8% in control group. There was no significant diference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles 132 - AR 16,27 loci in both groups. Conclusion β2 - AR 16,27 loci ge- netic polymorphism is not correlated with asthma in the people of the Miao nationality of Guizhou.
