摘　　要：目的探讨小儿扁桃体摘除术前后的护理方法。方法对42例扁桃体摘除术后患儿给予护理措施。观察其效果。结果术后患儿手术创口愈合良好,无1例并发症发生,且患儿及家属对护理工作满意度较高。结论加强小儿扁桃体摘除术前后的护理,有利于患儿术后尽快康复,有效预防并发症,确保手术效果。Objective To discuss the nursing method before and after the tonsillectomy in children.Methods 42 cases children with tonsillectomy were given nursing care.Observed the nursing effect.Results The wound healed well and no complication developed after the tonsillectomy.The nursing were satisfied by children and their parents.Conclusion Nursing before and after the tonsillectomy is benefit for rehabilitation,also is benefit to prevention of complications and ensure the effect of the tonsillectomy.
