摘　　要：目的了解麻醉机通气系统患者端的细菌污染状况。方法采用横断面研究方法,对医院72台/次麻醉机螺纹管、呼气活瓣进行采样;采用普通细菌培养法对样本进行细菌培养、菌落计数;使用细菌鉴定分析仪对细菌进行鉴定。结果 4台/次麻醉机螺纹管检出细菌,均为鲁氏不动杆菌,菌落计数>200 CFU/cm2;麻醉机呼气活瓣未检出细菌。结论麻醉机螺纹管是全麻手术患者术后感染的危险因素之一。OBJECTIVE To investigate the contamination of ventilation system patient＇ s port of anesthesia machines. METHODS Adopting the cross-sectional study, samples from corrugated tubes and expiratory valves of 72 anesthesia machines were sampled, Samples were cultured with conventional culture ways, and bacterial colonies were counted. Bacterial identify analyzer was applied to identify the bacteria. RESULTS Bacteria were detected from 4 samples of corrugated tubes, which were all iwoffi （bacterial colonies〉 200CFU/ cm2 ）. No bacteria were detected out on expiratory valves. CONCLUSION Corrugated tubes is one of hidden danger for postoperative infections of patients who received general anesthesia.
