摘　　要：目的分析老年病房患者感染的现状,探讨其相关因素及干预措施,加强感染的控制。方法对2008年9月-2010年8月老年科出院的2678份病历资料进行回顾性调查。结果老年病房的感染发生与住院时间的长短、标准预防的执行情况、手卫生的执行力度因素等密切相关。结论缩短住院时间,严格执行JCI标准,贯彻实施标准预防、增加手卫生的执行力度是有效控制老年病房感染发生的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of infection in patients who admitted in the gerontology department, to explore the related factors of the infection and its interventions, to enhance the rate of control infection. METHODS A total of 2678 elderly inpatients were retrospectively investigated, who discharged between Sep 2008 and Aug 2010. RESULTS The infections was related to the length of hospitalization, the standard implementation of prevention and the enforcement of hand hygiene. CONCLUSION The decrease of hospitalization time, strict implementation of JCI standards, the implementation of standard precautions and increased enforcement of hand hygiene are the important measures to control the infections in geriatric ward.
