摘  要:目的探讨应用在静脉留置中无针正压输液接头的更换时间。方法选择2008年3月-2010年5月,在医院住院治疗的180例使用无针正压输液接头患者,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组60例,所有患者在年龄、性别、病情等方面差异无统计学意义;3组患者分别在使用接头的第5、10、15天开始,对接头的冲洗液行普通细菌学培养,直至细菌培养为阳性。结果 A、B、C 3组患者使用接头平均生长细菌的天数差异无统计学意义,正压接头冲洗液开始生长细菌天数平均为18.34 d,标准差为2.62 d,取99%可信区间(18.34±2.58)×2.62,为11.58~25.10 d。结论无针正压输液接头使用在静脉置管中的更换时间为<11 d。OBJECTIVE To study the replacement time of the application of non-pin connector positive pressure infusion in intravenous catheter. METHODS 180 patients were selected who had used non-pin connector positive pressure infusion in our hospital Since Mar 2008. The 180 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups, and patients in the 3 groups were not significantly different in age, gender, disease and so on. RESULTS According to preliminary test results(18.34±2.58)×2.62, researchers made bacteriological culture for the fluid collected on the connector of the 60 patients in group 1 since the 5th day; made bacteriological culture for the fluid collected on the connector of the 60 patients in group 2 since the 10th day; made bacteriological culture for the fluid collected on the connector of the 60 patients in group 3 since the 15th day. CONCLUSION The replacement time of non-pin connector positive pressure infusion in intravenous catheter is 11 days.
