摘  要:目的探讨以水杯加蒸馏水加湿法在新生儿婴儿培养箱加湿中的效果。方法对婴儿培养箱分为试验组和对照组,试验组用一次性饮水杯加蒸馏水进行湿化,对照组于培养箱内储水槽加蒸馏水进行湿化。结果试验组使用中4、8、12、24 h箱内平均湿度分别为67.20%、65.30%、64.50%、66.30%,与对照组培养箱内湿度比较,差异无统计学意义;对照组更换水后30 min、24 h蒸馏水带菌率为18.42%、56.58%;试验组更换水后30 min、24 h带菌率为2.44%、37.80%,均低于对照组。结论以水杯加蒸馏水放置于婴儿培养箱内进行箱内空气湿化,能保持水箱干燥清洁,减少细菌生长繁殖。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of humidification with water cup during infant incubator humidifying for premature infants. METHODS A total of 32 premature infants placed in incubator were divided into experimental group and control group. The infant incubator was humidified through one-time drinking cups added distilled water in the experimental group; and the storage tank added distilled water in the control group. RESULTS In the experimental group, the average humidity of infant incubator were 67.2 %, 65.3 %, 64.5% and 66.3% in 4h, 8h, 12h and 24h, there was no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉0.05). In half an hour and twenty-four hours after replacing the water, the carrier rate was 18. 42% and 56.58G in the control group, then there were 2. 44%, 37. 80%, 0. 15 cfu/ml and 26. 85 cfu/ml in the experimental group. CONCLUSION Humidification for infant incubator with water cups added distilled water can keep the water tank clean and dry, decrease the bacteria growth and reproduction.
