摘　　要：目的引用综合目标管理,使医院感染管理目标化、规范化。方法执行医院感染综合目标管理责任制和责任追究制,按标准进行量化考核并反馈,采取综合干预措施。结果实施医院感染综合目标管理后,医院感染病例监控率由78.1%提升至100.0%,漏报率由16.1%降至3.7%,感染病例病原学送检率由49.7%提高至62.5%,感染病例报告正确率由68.1%提高至93.2%。结论医院感染综合目标管理具有先进性和实用性,可使感染预防控制工作逐项达到卫生部规范性文件标准要求。OBJECTIVE To adopt comprehensive target management for targeting and standardization of hospital infection management. METHODS Hospital infection comprehensive target management responsibility system and accountability system were executed. Quantitative assessments and feedback were made based on the standard. Comprehensive interventions were adopted. RESULTS Through the comprehensive target management of hospital infection, the hospital infection control rate increased from 78. 1% to 100%, fail-to-report rate （FRR） was reduced from 16.1% to 3.7V0, the submission rate of pathogenic infections was improved from 49.7% to 62.5%, infection reporting accuracy rate increased from 68. 1% to 93. 2%. CONCLUSION The comprehensive target management of hospital infection is advanced and functional for promoting the infection prevention and control work to meet the requirements of ministry of public health standadized documents.
