摘　　要：目的探讨医院感染质量管理的有效方法。方法通过现场检查发现临床科室存在的医院感染防护问题,分析并提出解决措施后提交医院感染管理委员会,明确分工,逐项落实,核查落实情况;最后对这一过程进行理论上的总结。结果检查过程中发现的大部分问题得到解决,医院感染监控科的管理水平、医务人员的医院感染防护意识和知识水平得到进一步提高。结论医院感染职能部门正规的现场检查,是一种加强医院感染质量管理的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate an effective method of quality management of nosocomial infection. METHODS On the spot, the problems of quality management of nosocomial infection in clinical departments were found and analyzed. The corresponding solutions were referred to the nosocomial infection management committee of hospital. The definite tasks on different department were fulfilled down, which were examined and verified by workers in nosocomial infection department. Lastly, the work were summarized theoretically. RESULTS Most of finding problems of quality management of nosocomial infection on the spot were resolved. Within the process, the administration capacity of workers in nosocomial infection department, the awareness and knowledge about nosocomial infection for medical members were improved. CONCLUSION The normal check-up on the spot by functional authority department is an effective method of enhancing quality management of nosocomial infection.
