摘　　要：目的探讨精神科医院感染的控制对策,有效减少精神科医院感染发病率,防止在精神科病区内发生医院感染暴发。方法对5个精神科病区采取了病区内设置传染病室、患者集中规范洗手和患者餐具、水杯集中管理,统一清洗消毒3项措施,并对采取措施前、后的医院感染监测指标进行比较分析,评估其有效性。结果采取措施后的医院感染发病率2.81%、患者手部细菌数19 CFU/cm2、患者水杯细菌数5 CFU/cm2、病区物体表面细菌数4 CFU/cm2,均比采取措施前有显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),只有餐具细菌数和病区空气细菌数无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论应用于精神科的3项医院感染特别控制措施是有效的,它不仅能有效控制医院感染发病率,也能减少病区环境中的细菌数。OBJECTIVE To study the control countermeasures about the infection management in psychiatric hospital to reduce the incidence rate of infection management in psychiatric hospital, and prevent outbreak of infection management in psychiatric ward. METHODS Setting infectious diseases room in five psychiatric ward, the patients centralized normative washing hand, centralized management unity washing and disinfection patients＇ tableware and cups comparative analysis the monitoring indicators of hospital infection before and after taking measures, assess the effectiveness of the measures. RESULTS After taking measures the prevalence of infection management was 2.81%, the bacterial amount of the patients＂ hands was 19 CFU/cm2 ,the bacterial amount of the patients＂ cups was CFU/cm2 , the bacterial amount of the articles surface was 4 CFU/cm2 , all lower than before taking measures,had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, only the bacterial amount of tableware and the bacterial amount of ward of air did not have significantly change（P〉 0. 05）. CONCLUSION The three special control countermeasures about the infection management of psychiatric hospital are effective, they can not only control the prevalence of infection management,but also reduce the bacterial amount of environment of ward.
