摘  要:目的探讨重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染金黄色葡萄球菌的分布并对其耐药性进行分析,旨在为ICU金黄色葡萄球菌感染的诊断、治疗和护理提供依据。方法回顾性调查2009年3月-2010年2月从ICU患者各类感染性标本中分离到的46株金黄色葡萄球菌感染情况及其耐药性。结果金黄色葡萄球菌在ICU的医院感染中以呼吸道感染为主,占71.74%,MRSA检出率高达95.65%;药敏试验结果显示,其对多种抗菌药物均产生了不同程度的耐药性,未发现对万古霉素耐药的菌株。结论 ICU金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况严重,应采取必要措施,控制抗菌药物使用,减少细菌耐药的发生。OBJECTIVE To discuss the distribution of staphylococcus aureus infection in an intensive care unit (ICU) and to study their antimicrobial susceptibility pattern in order to formulate a rational policy in diagnosing, treating, and nursing of S. aureus infection in an ICU. METHODS Retrospective study was under taken to review the distribution of 46 S. aureus strains isolated from various infectious samples in an ICU during of hospital stay from Mar 2009 to Feb 2010 and their antibiotic resistance were also investigated. RESULTS Respiratory infection of S. aureus accounted for 71. 73%. totally S. aureus infection in the ICU from which the proportion of methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) was higher up to 95.65%. Susceptibility test demonstrated that the S. aureus posed multidrug-resistant with various degree, but vancomycin-resistant strains have not yet been detected. CONCLUSION The current situation of S. aureus infection in an ICU is serious. The essential measure to control of antibiotic usage was necessary to decrease the antibiotic resistance.
