摘　　要：在国际关系领域,战争伦理是一个带有鲜明西方意识形态色彩的概念。由于历史及现实等多重因素的影响,对战争伦理的纯理想主义、虚无主义以及军国主义认知方式在世界上的影响力皆日渐式微。当代西方战争伦理的主流是"务实的和平主义",其体系可划分为战争权利伦理、战争行为伦理和战争责任伦理三个方面,这其中关于人道主义干涉、先发制人、核伦理以及太空军事化等问题已经成为当今世界的热点问题。尽管战争伦理在当前的实际运用中仍然受到现实环境的极大制约,但从长远看,由于战争制约及规范机制的完善、战争观念的转变、战争博弈的推动以及军事技术的发展,战争伦理在未来发挥作用日趋增强具有历史必然性。在当前时代背景下,中国作为负责任的大国,应当扛起国际道义的大旗,积极充当现有伦理秩序的合作者和主要参与者,逐步争取成为规则的制定者和主导者。In the field of international relations, war ethics is a concept with distinct west-ern ideological color. Due to factors of history and reality, the influences of pure idealism,nihilism and militarism, the cognitive ways to war ethics, all declined in the world. Themainstream of contemporary western war ethics is Practical Pacifism, which covers three as-pects: war right ethics, war behavior ethics, and war responsibility ethics. Among them,humanitarian intervention, preemption, nuclear ethics and space militarization, have al-ready become hottopics of our age. Although war ethics is still greatly restrained by the realenvironment in its practical application, war ethics will play a more important role in thelong run due to the improvement of the restrictive and regulation mechanism of war, transi-tion of the concept of War, promotion of wargaming and development of military technolo-gies. Under current background, being a responsible big power, China should shoulder thebig flag of international morality and justice, act actively as the cooperator and main partici-pant of the existing ethics order, and turn progressively into constitutor and dominator ofrules.
