摘 要:目的探讨颅脑创伤患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)与心肌酶的变化及两者的相关性。方法按GCS评分将91例颅脑创伤患者分成轻度组、中度组和重度组,分别测定受伤后第1天、第3天和第7天的血清NSE及心肌酶水平。结果 3组颅脑创伤患者伤后血清NSE和心肌酶均明显高于正常对照组,脑损伤程度越重,NSE和心肌酶水平就越高。此后NSE、心肌酶浓度虽然均呈下降趋势,但重度组NSE及心肌酶浓度仍明显高于正常对照组,差异有显著性。颅脑创伤后血清NSE水平和心肌酶水平呈正相关。结论同时监测颅脑创伤患者血清NSE及心肌酶,既可以动态了解患者的颅脑损伤程度,又能及时了解患者的心脏病变程度,及早发现心脏并发症,并给予积极的治疗。[Objective] To study the changes and correlation of serum Neuron Specific Enolase (NSE) and Myocardial enzymes in patients with traumatic brain injury. [Methods] 91 patients were divided into minor group, middle group and severe group according to GCS. Serum NSE and Myocardial enzymes were measured in Day 1, Day 3 and Day 7 after traumatic brain injury. [Results] The concentrations of serum NSE and Myocardial enzymes were significantly higher in minor group, middle group and severe group than in control group. Afterwards, the value of NSE and Myocardial enzymes decreased in Day 3 and Day 7, but there was still a significant difference of NSE and Myocardial enzymes between severe group and control group, whereas no such difference was found in the minor group. The value of NSE showed strong correlations with the value of Myocardial enzymes in patients with traumatic brain injury. [Conclusion] Monitoring both NSE and Myocardial enzymes can understand the extent of brain injury and heart injury which may be helpful to have an aggFessive treatment in patients.
