摘  要:原位合成了富含羧基的SBA-15球形介孔分子筛.研究了修饰剂三烷氧基氰乙基硅烷(CTES)的用量对介孔分子筛SBA-15形貌、孔径及BET比表面积的影响.用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)和氮气吸附/脱附手段对样品进行了详细的表征.SBA-15分子筛展示了尺寸在0.5~1μm规则的球形形貌、有序的二维六方相介孔结构及较大的比表面积和孔容,并且随着修饰剂用量的增加,SBA-15的孔径变小,比表面积下降.药物负载及释放性能测试表明,其具有较好的药物吸附与释放性能.Mesoporous SBA-15 spheres with abundant carboxyl were synthesized by a one-step method.The effects of CTES amount on the morphology,pore size and BET surface area of mesoporous SBA-15 were investigated.The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared(IR) spectra and nitrogen adsorption/desorption techniques.The morphologies of as-obtained products are sphere-like.The materials possess highly ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure,large specific surface area and pore volume,and the pore sizes range from 0.5 μm to 1 μm.The results show the pore size and the surface area of the materials decrease with the increase of the amount of CTES,obviously.The material has good assembly and drug delivery profiles.As-synthesized products have potential applications in catalysis,drug delivery and fillings for chromatography analysis.
