摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗声门闭合不全的疗效。方法对78例声门闭合不全的患者采用改良的自体脂肪移植技术进行治疗。自体脂肪移植注射1～2次，中间间隔3～6个月。通过术前、术后声门裂隙及患侧声带表面积，以及患者自我感觉等随访，来评价治疗效果。结果最长3．6年，平均2．5年的随访发现在1～2次自体脂肪注射后，脂肪可以在受区长期存活。75．64％以上的患者对疗效满意，小于14．10％的患者对疗效不满意。结论自体脂肪移植技术用于声门闭合不全是一项安全而有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effects of transplantation with autologous fat granules to cure glottal dysraphism. Methods In this study we treated 78 cases of glottal dysraphism with improved autologous fat grafting technique. Each case was treated 1 - 2 times and the interval period was 3 - 6 months. The result was based on comparing the size cord and patients self evaluation of fissure glottis, the surface area of the sick vocal Results Long time follow up showed that fat graft can be alive in the recipient site for long time after 1 - 2 times autologous fat injection. More than 75.64% patients were satisfied with the curative effect while less than 14.10% patients were unsatisfied. Conclusions Autologous fat grafting technique is an effective and safe treatment of glottal dysraphism
