学龄前小儿支原体感染外周血白细胞变化规律与I临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨学龄前小儿支原体感染外周血白细胞变化规律及其临床诊断意义。方法选择支原体感染患儿200例作为支原体感染组，并选择我院小儿外科同期住院的非感染住院患儿100例作为对照组。分析学龄前小儿支原体感染白细胞计数及中性粒细胞比例变化规律及其临床意义。结果支原体感染组中性粒细胞比例明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），中性粒细胞比例分布明显右移（P〈0．01），治疗后中性粒细胞比例明显下降（P〈0．01），但其白细胞计数与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗前后差异也无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论学龄前小儿支原体感染中性粒细胞比例明显升高，而白细胞计数无明显变化，这种外周血白细胞变化规律可作为诊断学龄前儿童支原体感染快捷、简便、重要的参考指标。Objective To study the changes of the leukocyte in preschool children with mycoplasmsa infection and its clinical significance. Methods Choosing 200 cases with mycoplasmsa infection as the mycoplasmsa infection group. Choosing 100 cases with no infection as the control group. To study the changes of the leukocyte count and the neutrophil granulocyte ratio in preschool children with myco- plasmsa infection and its clinical significance. Results The neutrophil granulocyte ratio increased higher in the mycoplasmsa infection group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. The neutrophil granulocyte ratio moved right significantly in the mycoplasmsa infection group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the neutrophil granulocyte ratio decreased obviously in the mycoplasmsa infection group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in the leukocyte count between the mycoplasmsa infection group and the control group （ P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, there was no significant difference for the leukocyte count in the my- coplasmsa infection group （ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions The neutrophil ratio increases significantly in preschool children with mycoplasmsa infection, but the leukocyte count showed no significantly increase. The kind of changes of the leukocyte can be as an easy and important diagnostic reference index of the mycoplasmsa infection in preschool children.
