摘  要:楔横轧变形属于连续局部横压过程,中心压实法有助于提高圆轴类棒料横压时的内部质量。将中心压实法应用于三辊楔横轧,通过有限元模拟研究了不均匀温度场对三辊楔横轧轧件心部应力应变的影响。模拟结果表明,不均匀温度场方法可以减小轧件心部拉应力,增大心部静水压应力,提高心部塑性变形能力,有助于改善轧件心部质量。通过三辊楔横轧实验,验证了不均匀温度场方法改善轧件心部质量的可行性。Due to center-pressure method can improve internal quality of a round cross-section bar during stretching,through numerical simulation,the influences of stress and strain of internal part of rolled piece were discussed.It is proved that the method can reduce the internal part of rolled piece tensile stress,increase the hydrostatics stress,reinforce the deformation ability and make the quality of rolled pieces improved.And more,an experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility of non-uniform temperature field method to enhance the possibility of internal quality of rolled pieces.
