摘  要:为探明轴向拉伸对光纤侧发光性能的影响,在不同温度下采用不同的伸长率拉伸光纤,利用BM-5A亮度色度计测量拉伸后光纤侧面的亮度,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察光纤表面形貌,分析拉伸对光纤侧发光亮度的影响。结果表明,轴向拉伸可以提高光纤的侧发光亮度,拉伸伸长率越大,侧发光亮度越高。同时也发现温度对光纤侧发光亮度也有一定的影响,可通过在一定温度下设置较小伸长率的拉伸来达到一定的侧发光亮度,因此可借助织造过程中光纤受到的拉伸,制备亮度和均匀性较好的光纤发光织物。Two kinds of polymer optical fiber(POF) were stretched with different elongation rates at different temperatures to investigate the effects of axial tension on the side-glowing properties of POF.Luminance colorimeter BM-5A was used to measure the side-glowing luminance of POF after stretching,and the surface morphology of POF was tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the side-glowing luminance increases with the elongation,and a certain degree side-glowing luminance of the POF can be achieved by smaller elongation at a given temperature,so the light emitting fabric with good brightness and uniformity could be prepared by virtue of the extension during weaving process.
