摘 要:以DMF为溶剂采用高压静电纺丝法制备聚芳醚酮(PEK-C)超细纤维非织造布,详细讨论各种不同实验环境和参数对产品的影响,并用扫描电镜、织物强力仪等表征和测试产品的形貌和性能。结果表明:环境的温湿度和溶液的质量分数是纺丝液可纺性的决定性因素,纺丝液流量是纤维形貌的影响因素;PEK-C超细纤维非织造布形貌较好,一定的实验条件和参数下可制得微观形貌良好的超细纤维非织造布,制得非织造布的纤维直径为300~600 nm,且分布均匀,断裂强度为0.35~0.39 N.m2/g。Phenolphalein polyetherketone(PEK-C)ultra-fine fiber non woven fabric was prepared by high pressure(HP) electrospinning with DMF as solvent,and the effect of the experimental environments and parameters on the product was discussed.The morphology and properties of the product were characterized by SEM and fabric tensile tester.The results indicated that the spinnability of the solution was governed by ambient temperature and humidity,and mass concentration of the solution.Under suitable experimental conditions and parameters,PEK-C ultra-fine fibers with nice morphology and uniform diameter distribution can be prepared.The diameter of the ultra-fine fibers range from 300 to 600 nm,and the breaking strength of the ultra-fine fiber nonwoven fabric is in a range from 0.35 to 0.39 N·m2/g.
