摘 要:针对用着色法结合图像处理法解决棉、麻纤维自动识别和混合含量测试问题,研究棉、麻纤维着色鉴别的方法和条件。结果发现,为使棉、麻纤维着色差异最大化,需在着色前对试样进行膨胀处理,着色后将被测试样置于低温环境下测试。同时研究了碘纤维素加成物呈色机制及其影响因素。结果发现:在常温下,由于棉纤维能与碘形成加成物,棉纤维着色稳定性优于麻纤维,且在常温下随时间延长,棉麻着色差异逐渐减小;在低温下,棉麻纤维碘着色都相当稳定,且棉麻着色差异最大;此外,图像对焦对纤维颜色影响很大。研究结果对棉、麻等纤维素纤维混合含量自动测试具有重要意义。With respect to auto-identification of cotton and ramie and determination of blending ratio in cotton and ramie fiber based on stain and image process method,the method for staining and identifying of cotton and ramie and its preprocess condition are researched.It reveals that swelling process before staining sample and testing under low temperature environment can maximize the color difference between cotton and ramie.Color forming mechanism of cellulose-iodine compound and its influencing factors are also studied.It is found that color stability in cotton is better than in ramie because of cellulose-iodine compound formed in cotton and color difference between cotton and ramie is narrowed with time elapsing under atmospheric temperature.It is also found that color stability for cotton and ramie is good and color difference between cotton and ramie is maximized under low temperature.In addition,focusing plays an important role in determining stained color of fiber.This research has valued reference for automatic determination of the blending ratio of cotton and ramie fiber.
