摘  要:目的:采用将集落法和MTT法结合发展而成的双琼脂MTT法进行肿瘤药敏试验,以克服MTT法中正常细胞干扰测定的缺点。方法:对小鼠肿瘤细胞及正常细胞株用两种方法的光密度、抑制率进行比较。结果:正常细胞在用双琼脂MTT法时生长不良,而肿瘤细胞则生长良好。结论:双琼脂MTT法优于MTT法。AIM : In order to overcome the shortcomings of interferring the result of MTT method in determining the sensitivity of tumor to chemicals caused by normal cells. double layer agarose MTT (DMTT) method was developed by combining colonization with MTT. METHOD: The results of inhibitory rates to antitumor drugs and optic densities of marine tumor cell lines and normal cell lines determined with DMTT methed was compared with MTT method. RESULT:In DMTT test normal cell grew poorly while tumor cells grew well. CONCLUSION: DMTT method improved the accuracy of sensitivity test and was better than MTT method.
