摘 要:为制备抗菌棉针织物,采用载银纳米硅丙乳液抗菌剂对棉针织物进行抗菌整理,研究整理过程中浴比、pH值、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对整理后织物抗菌效果的影响。以抗菌整理后织物的抑菌率作为评价指标,通过单因素试验得到抗菌整理的较佳工艺条件为:浴比1∶50,pH值5,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间180 s。同时对织物的白度、力学性能、透气性、抗菌性和耐洗性进行了测试。结果表明,经过抗菌整理后,织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99%以上,抗菌织物经过30次洗涤后,抑菌率仍能保持在80%以上,织物顶破强力保持率为81%,织物白度下降12.3%,织物透气率下降15%。In order to prepare antibacterial knitted cotton fabric,we used nano-silicone acrylate emulsion which contained silver ions to finish knitted cotton fabric.The effects of liquor ratio,pH value,curing temperature and time on the antibacterial effect of the finished cotton were investigated,and bacteria inhibiting ratio was used as evaluation index of the antibacterial effect of the treated fabric.The optimal antimicrobial finishing process conditions were determined by single-factor test,i.e.,liquor ratio 1∶50,pH=5,curing temperature 160 ℃,curing time 180 s.The whiteness,mechanical properties,permeability,antibacterial effect,and washing durability of the finished fabric were tested.The results show that the inhibiting ratio against S.aureus and E.coli was more than 99%,the bacteria inhibiting ratio of the fabric maintained above 80% after 30 washing cycles,its bursting strength kept at 81%,whiteness was down 12.3%,and permeability reduced by 15%.
