摘　　要：介绍中国石化润滑油武汉分公司在扩能改造中引进的润滑油规模化生产新工艺。该新工艺采用同步计量调合和自动批量调合技术、球扫线以及脉冲气动调合等新工艺技术,再配合计算机自动化控制手段,符合现代润滑油规模化、流程控制精细化生产的要求,可实现润滑油生产的高效率、质量稳定、节能环保。The new technics at large-scale lubricant production used by Wuhan Branch of Chin aSinopec Lubricant in the capacity expansion was introduced. New technologies such as automatic batch blending technique and synchronous measurement blending technique, ball sweeping lines and pulse pneumatic blending were used in the new technics at large- scale lubricant production, and by cooperating with means of computer automatic control, the requirements of large-scale and fine flow control of lubricant production were met. The lubricant production of high efficiency, stable quality, energy saving and environmental protection can be achieved.
